A slow, supportive sequence of long-held floor poses designed to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and restore mental and energetic balance—guided with compassion and care.

A Certified 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Instructor trained in Vinyasa Yoga. Plus, an additional 20 hour Yin Yoga Instructor Certification. I am also a Certified Trauma Support Specialist, intuitive healer, and guide for sensitive souls on the path of nervous system healing and self-reconnection.
