TSG is a focused, 12-week process designed to support you in creating real change by moving through six carefully sequenced phases of integration, stabilization, and embodiment. Everything inside the container is structured to help you build the inner capacity you need to step forward without collapsing back into old survival patterns.

Weekly Live Group Coaching Calls
Live weekly sessions will be held on Sundays, combining teaching, guided practice, and coaching. All sessions are recorded so you can still benefit even if you can’t attend live.
TSG Curriculum Portal
A private online space with video lessons, practices,
and tools to support each phase of the process.
Private Community Space
A small, intentional group where you’ll be witnessed and supported,
and not required to explain or perform.
Concierge-Level Support

TSG is a 12-week guided process that helps the inner work you’ve already done actually integrate into real changes in your life. Each phase builds on the last, so change happens in a steady, grounded way.
1. Re-Imagine: Clarifying What You’re Moving Toward
You'll create a grounded vision for the life, relationships, and work you feel called toward, so this process is anchored in intentional direction. This gives you something clear to move toward, so change doesn’t feel random or forced.
2. Release: Interrupting Survival Patterns
You begin gently loosening subconscious patterns that keep pulling you back into over giving, self-doubt, emotional reactivity, or collapse under pressure. This work focuses on awareness plus embodied release, so old loops don’t continue running on autopilot.
3. Repair: Rebuilding Inner Safety
Here, we address the emotional roots of survival using grounded, trauma-aware practices that support nervous system safety and repair. The focus is not reliving the past, but helping the body learn that it’s now safe to move forward.
4. Reclaim: Returning to Yourself
As stability builds, your authentic self begins to come back online, self-trust deepens and intuition becomes clearer. Here you'll reconnect with the parts of you that you had to hide away while you were protecting yourself.
5. Reconnect: Relationships and Boundaries from Wholeness
You'll learn how to stay connected in relationships without over-giving, explaining yourself, or losing your center. This phase supports clearer boundaries and the ability to stay in connection without taking on what isn’t yours.
6. Rise: Living From Your Grounded Center
In this final phase, we work with real-life application, bringing the internal changes into real life moments that used to destabilize you. You practice responding to challenges, decisions, and forward movement without reverting to over-effort, second-guessing, or collapse, so steadiness holds even as your life expands.

By the end of this process, you will:
• Feel steadier in your body and emotions, even during moments that used to send you into overthinking, shutdown, or self-doubt.
• Respond to stress and challenge without automatically reverting to old survival patterns.
• Trust your intuition and decisions more consistently, instead of second-guessing yourself after the fact.
• Relate to others without over-giving, taking on their stuff, or abandoning yourself to keep the peace.
• Feel grounded enough to receive more ease, connection, and opportunity in your life without bracing or pulling away.
• Live from a deeper sense of self-trust and inner safety that holds as life expands, rather than collapses under pressure.

Hi, I'm Monica
I guide sensitive, empathic women who’ve already done a lot of inner work and are ready for safety to actually settle inside their bodies, so they can move forward into the life and purpose they feel called toward.
My work comes from lived experience and nearly a decade of deep healing, learning, and practice. Therapy and mindset work were important for me, but they weren’t enough on their own. What truly changed things was learning how to feel safe inside my body, build real self-trust at a nervous system level, and let my intuition guide my life in grounded, practical ways.
Over time, I created the Transforming Shadows into Gold method to help the healing you’ve already done stick in daily life, not just make sense in your head. The approach is gentle, practical, and trauma-aware, supporting long-standing survival patterns to shift without forcing change or reopening the past. This work is about helping your inner growth actually support you in real moments — especially as life asks more of you.
This program is intentionally structured to respect your sensitivity and your body’s natural intelligence. You don’t need to be fixed or pushed. You need a safe space that intentionally supports real change without overwhelming you, and i’m honored to walk with you through this work.
